1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up for our Service, including your name, email address, phone number, and business information. When you connect a TikTok account, we receive an access token that allows us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant.

2. TikTok Data

When you authorize our application via TikTok Login, we access:

  • video.upload — to upload video content on your behalf
  • video.publish — to publish content to your TikTok profile

We do not sell, share, or use your TikTok data for any purpose other than providing the content publishing service you explicitly requested. We do not store your TikTok videos on our servers beyond the time needed to upload them. Access tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To communicate with you about your account
  • To publish content to your connected social accounts with your authorization
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, onboarding, support)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (payment processing, email delivery, hosting). All providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing felix@neverbusy.co. TikTok access tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted and access-controlled. We never log or store TikTok passwords.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or to revoke TikTok authorization, contact us at felix@neverbusy.co. You may also revoke access directly through TikTok Settings → Security → Authorized Apps.
