By accessing or using NeverBusy ("Service"), operated by Crown Services LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeverBusy provides AI-powered receptionist services that answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and book appointments on behalf of small businesses. The Service may include integrations with third-party platforms including TikTok for content publication purposes.

3. TikTok Integration

Our application integrates with TikTok's Content Posting API to allow authorized users to create and publish content to their TikTok accounts. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize our application to:

• Upload video content to your TikTok account as drafts
• Publish content to your TikTok profile with your explicit approval
• Access basic account information required for authentication

You may revoke this access at any time through TikTok's security settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content published through our Service to your TikTok account. You agree to comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. You must not use our Service to post content that violates any applicable laws or platform policies.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crown Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
